Senior Treasury Analyst

Fossil Group is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Treasury Analyst to join the team. Based in Richardson, TX, you will report to the Sr. Director Treasury and contribute to the Treasury and Corporate Finance function.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the execution of the 13 week cash forecasting process and associated variance analysis.
• Work with foreign finance teams on their cash flow projections
• Monitor balances in Notional Cash Pool; coordinate intercompany funding to satisfy subsidiary cash needs.
• Assist with the liquidity management and movement of cash
• Prepare the monthly borrowing base certificate to support the ABL Revolver
• Manage the annual field audit and inventory valuation audit on the ABL Revolver
• Prepare revolver borrowing recommendations
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates
• Support treasury managers in regional assessments of bank services and fees; identify and assist in the implementation of treasury best practices to improve liquidity.
• Compile and analyze financial information to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and fiscal year end management reporting requirements.
• Assist with the development of cash management procedures, guidelines and company polices
• Execute foreign currency trades on FX All platform
• Prepare supporting documentation for foreign exchange hedging contracts
• Monitor outstanding balances of intercompany accounts
• Assist with treasury and cash management reporting
• Prepare interest expense estimates for forecast and budget
• Support day to day Treasury operations.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of finance-related experience (FP&A, Capital Markets)
• Treasury management experience for multinational companies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive projects
• Maintain strong analytical skills and produce insights from large amounts of data
• Develop process improvements and share expertise with others
• Self-motivated and strives to continuously improve profitability
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization (oral, written, and numerical)
• Experience in Oracle Hyperion highly preferred
