Job Description:
Compiles, analyzes, summarizes and interprets data to support core Treasury activities, including interest rate, capital and liquidity risk management, funds transfer pricing, funding and capital markets activities, cash management, and various reporting functions. Identifies and helps to implement technological solutions to automate and enhance these duties.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and reporting of funding forecasts and balance sheet strategies under a range of economic and interest rate scenarios to guide NIM stability over the long-term and across the business cycle
- Identifies and helps to implement technological solutions to automate and enhance these duties
- Monitor and deliver timely competitive and market insights to support management decision making
- Proactively engage with a wide range of business partners to help promote business partners' success as a first point of contact between Treasury and the broader organization
- Assist in the development of key strategic communications and presentations to a broad range of stakeholders including Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Management Committee, ALCO and Balance Sheet Committee, Rating Agencies, and Regulatory Agencies
How You'll Do it
- Contribute to high-level reporting functions and development of key strategic communication to broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and provide timely updates that allow senior management to effectively manage risks.
- Conduct a wide range of analysis that support: Asset Liability Measurement, Funds Transfer Pricing, Funding Analytics, Interest Rate Risk Management, Capital and Resolution Planning, Liquidity Analysis, and Corporate Funding and Cash Management.
- Responsible for the accuracy, reasonableness, and constancy of data and assumptions used for modeling balance sheet activities.
- Proactively manage ongoing regulatory and strategic requirements designed to mitigate risk through the economic cycle.
- Support Corporate Treasury's technology initiatives to drive automation to promote best practices in the use of programming languages and statistical or ALM software; create and maintain web-based applications to support Corporate Treasury and Finance work flows.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking and Financial Services
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
- Prior experience in Treasury, Finance, or Risk Management would be helpful, particularly in the areas of asset/liability management, liquidity management, or funds transfer pricing
- Prior experience with ALM systems such as QRM or Bancware
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- Experience using PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with programing and data analytics

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
