Senior Treasury Analyst

In this role, you'll take ownership of core treasury operations that are essential to the smooth running of a global business. You'll work across banking, KYC, liquidity support, and treasury administration, while also acting as a reliable backup across broader treasury activities. Beyond day-to-day treasury operations, you'll have the opportunity to lead and implement automation and AI initiatives that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury processes. • Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions.

• Lead bank account onboarding, maintenance, and banking documentation.

• Coordinate KYC and compliance requirements with financial institutions.

• Administer banking platforms, including user access, signatories, and security controls.

• Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity management across the Group.

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.

• Partner with internal teams on cash planning and funding activities.

• Support FX transactions and monitor currency exposures.

• Assist with short-term investments in line with treasury policies.

• Prepare treasury reporting, including cash positions, liquidity, and forecasts for key stakeholders.

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Treasury Management System.

• Maintain bank connectivity, user management, and data quality.

• Support treasury-related audits and strengthen internal controls.

• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and increase automation.

• 3+ years of experience in Treasury or a related Finance function.

• Hands-on experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting.

• Experience managing KYC processes and banking documentation.

• Understanding of payment processes, treasury controls, and ERP-driven finance operations.

• Identify and lead opportunities to improve treasury processes, strengthen controls, and implement automation and AI solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and experience preparing treasury reports.

• Ukrainian fluency is mandatory and English proficiency B2 is essential.

• Experience in an international or multi-entity business.

• Exposure to FX, short-term investments, or Treasury Management Systems.

• Experience improving treasury processes or driving automation.

• Familiarity with international banking operations.
