Treasury Analyst (x/f/m)

At SellerX, we are strengthening our Finance & Treasury team and now we are looking for a Treasury Analyst (x/f/m) to join us! In this role, you will own and drive the day-to-day treasury operations with full accountability over cash and bank management. You'll be the go-to person for bank relationships, daily cash visibility, payment governance, and treasury systems — helping shape the structure and simplicity we need at scale.

This is not a back-office job: you’ll operate with autonomy, represent SellerX externally with authority, and get things done. You'll work closely with our Finance functions (AP, FP&A) to ensure clean, controlled, and simplified treasury operations we can rely on.

In Detail, you'll be hands on:

• Running daily treasury operations — from cash positioning to payment execution and account reconciliations.

• Managing 40+ bank accounts (with an active role in reducing that to 6) and owning the full lifecycle: openings, closures, documentation, and clean admin.

• Coordinating payment runs and ensuring reliable, scalable treasury controls — across systems, processes, and approval chains.

• Acting as the main point of contact for banks, ensuring smooth relationship management, resolution of issues, and compliant operations.

• Supporting liquidity management and cash planning, in collaboration with FP&A and AP — providing real-time cash visibility and insights.

• Driving the continuous simplification of our treasury setup — processes, system use (Kyriba just launched), and FX cash flow management. 

Requirements to thrive in your new Role:

•  Proven senior-level experience in Treasury, ideally in a fast-paced environment (eCommerce, PE-backed or growth-stage company a plus).

• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and liquidity planning — you know what “clean” looks like.

• Excellent communication skills and the maturity to manage external stakeholders (banks, auditors, authorities) with clarity and credibility.

• A proactive, pragmatic approach — you don’t just escalate problems; you solve them.

• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail — someone others rely on for routine and non-routine treasury needs.

• Experience with Kyriba or other TMS tools is a plus, but driving simplification and structure is what matters most.
