About the Role
As Senior Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of Squadron Energy’s Energy for Good Strategy. This is a high-impact position where you’ll lead transformation initiatives, embed robust governance, and ensure measurable business outcomes. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align strategy, build organisational capability, and deliver sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the rollout of Squadron’s Energy for Good Strategy.
- Governance: maintain fit-for-purpose governance frameworks for the Energy for Good strategy aligned with the business plan, corporate scorecard and employee goal processes
- Implementation: Support strategic initiative design and rollout
- Ways of working: Process re-engineering and advocacy for digitisation and AI adoption
- Portfolio management: Facilitation of program prioritisation and resourcing, managing for risk and change impacts
- Reporting: Coordinate program reporting and performance tracking
Skills & Experience
- Consulting & transformation expertise: 5+ years in management consulting plus experience working in a business implementing major organisational change.
- Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Program delivery and tracking: Proven success managing complex programs and digital transformation.
- Commercial and operational acumen: Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis, risk, and change management.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Project management certifications (preferred but not essential).
