For our Blade Factory in Aalborg, we are looking for a Senior Training Specialist to deliver mandatory and quality training, implement learning policies, and design new education programs. As a Senior Training Specialist, you would help overseeing the training team, organize administrative necessities to set up both e-leaning and on-site learning measures, implement the course in the overall curriculum, plan and implement new employee on-boarding training, oversee on-the-job-training, and set up appropriate communication with the target audience. You would be an integral part of our Training Team and at the same time work with other teams and colleagues across the factory, to ensure that all our employees continuously maintain their competencies and qualifications.
How to contribute to our vision:
As a senior training specialist, you will assist in coordinating the training team effort, and handle the departments' competence development to ensure that our colleagues in production are appropriately trained in safety, regulations, and quality. In short, you would be responsible for:
- Managing our new white collar employee on-boarding and training setup.
- Assisting in developing role description and training for white collar employees.
- Preparing competency matrix for WC and further development of WC on-boarding.
- Overseeing the continuous competence development of trainers.
- Overseeing development and quality of theoretical and practical training material.
- Conducting part of our leadership training for managers.
- Create evaluation setup on all on-boarding and training related activities.
What you need to make a difference:
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for a motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you are a responsible and detail-oriented individual who can plan, prioritize, and execute daily operations and tasks.
Most importantly, you have experience with planning and execution of education and vocational training material in addition to theoretical and practical leadership experience. A background in teaching or education would be ideal, as you must possess knowledge of educational learning theory. In addition, you should have experience with leadership, competence matrices, on-boarding processes, TWI, and Microsoft Office. It is essential that you possess strong networking and interpersonal skills and are fluent in English.
It is also essential that you have excellent Danish language skills, both written and spoken, as you will be speaking Danish every day. We will only accept candidates fluent in Danish.
