The Role

As a Training Program Manager at Amperity, you will be a primary driver in the enablement of employees, partners, and customers.  Your focus will be to develop and deliver customer-focused training, and programs to grow enablement offerings.  You have a passion spanning marketing/data analytics and the learning process.. You will collaborate on the development of training content and programs for multiple audiences and all delivery mediums (in-person, virtual classroom, self-paced learning, and Train the Trainer).  You will operate in assisting the team with operational tasks. You will report to the Senior Manager; Support Services Operations.

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain end-user product training to Amperity employees, partners, and customers.  Training delivery will be a combination of virtual classroom and eLearning, with the potential for in-person training (that may require travel). 
  • Your training will focus on ensuring analysts, marketers, and other users to use data to guide value from our platform. You help build product adoption by focusing on customer success and best practices, and building product champions.
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and instructional design.  Partner with subject matter experts to develop expertise and assist colleagues in developing and evolving learning assets.
  • Operate within and collaborate on improving the training process, using the LMS. Create environments, exercises, labs, and quizzes. Keep training assets and materials up to date and organized.
  • Develop strategies and programs to grow enablement programs using a mix of modalities as deemed appropriate. 
  • Help develop training kits and Train the Trainer programs to aid others who provide customer end-user training.
  • Use your product knowledge and customer/employee interaction to identify product opportunities to simplify implementation and usage. Work with Product Managers directly to improve the product based on your insights.

About You

  • 3+ years of databases, big data, cloud computing, IT, AI, and LLMs
  • 1+ year of basic SQL proficiency.
  • You understand Marketing technology, digital marketing strategies, concepts, and processes.
  • 5 years’ experience working in related technologies in a customer-facing role in an enterprise b2b SaaS environments.
  • Comfortable with communicating with all levels of leadership both internal to Amperity and external to our partners and customers.
  • You have experience in the ability to transfer your knowledge that bridges data, technology and benefits or our products to multiple audiences. 
  • Experience with a variety of training principles. Knowledge of adult learning and train the trainer experience is desirable. 
  • Experience with video editing is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel

Compensation

Base Salary:  $98,000 - $130,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. 

Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.
