ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) is focused on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and next generation national security products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Lead Trainer to lead and manage a team in the development and execution of a new training strategy for an emerging AIS Product Line. This individual will be collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess training needs, design curriculum, and create engaging, learner-centered content that promotes operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in establishing and leading training teams, instructional design, and a solid understanding of product lifecycles. They should also excel at translating technical concepts into accessible and effective learning experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead the development and execution of a cohesive product line training strategy
  • Lead the design and delivery of product-specific end-user training
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering SMEs, training specialists to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes, tools, and techniques
  • Lead the development of standardized record keeping processes
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of training information systems
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously evolve based on defined KPIs and feedback from trainees
  • Ensure that training programs are aligned with all Defense/Intelligence policies, standards, and ensure alignment against TTPs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years experience designing, implementing, enhancing, and delivering HW/SW Product training programs for Federal stakeholders
  • Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts in an engaging manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
  • Effective organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, records, and documentation
  • Strong management skills, with experience in leading complex training projects from conception to completion
  • Experience using an LMS or HRIS system, applying new tools and technologies/resources within the L&D ecosystem; seeks out new ways of finding solutions.

  • Proficient in recommending and executing learning solutions and resources, serving as an internal expert for learning

US Salary Range
$146,000$194,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
