In addition to being one of the ten largest crypto market makers globally, we’re building an OTC trading unit to serve financial institutions, banks, and large-scale clients worldwide. We need you to help us run our Settlements team. This is a growing business and team and you will establish processes and best practices to get every dollar and token to where it belongs, on time and spot on.

There’s no industry playbook, most of this hasn’t been done before
What you need to succeed
Be able to function independently
Design processes that scale without hand-holding
Kill bad data on sight, fix root causes, not symptoms
Help with growing and coaching junior colleagues
3-7 years in settlements, finance ops, or treasury
Crypto is a plus
Eagle-eye for numbers
Flexible hours: markets don’t care about your calendar, but we won’t burn you out.
What you’ll do
Own settlements end-to-end: initiation, confirmation, funding, reconciliation.
Set high bar for accuracy and reliability and mentor junior colleagues
Beat down exceptions: hunt discrepancies, close them, document lessons.
Automate or delete pointless manual steps; work with engineers to ship fixes.
