Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of marketing plans for Mexico and LATAM, aligned with global brand direction.
- Plan and execute Trade Marketing initiatives and E-Commerce campaigns to drive product visibility and sell-through.
- Lead consumer-side product launches, managing timelines, assets, and communications from start to finish.
- Partner with the Country Manager to define local priorities, investments, and campaigns that resonate with consumers.
- Manage and monitor marketing and trade budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with global marketing to build localized assets while maintaining overall brand consistency
- Lead brand positioning and ensure regional strategies reflect both global guidance and local market insights.
- Manage agencies and partners across media, translation, creative, and VOD, ensuring high-quality output.
- Prepare creative briefs and support content creation using local insights to inform messaging and visuals.
- Oversee translation and localization to guarantee cultural and linguistic relevance across all assets.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver consistent, locally relevant social media content and digital campaigns.
- Align local media planning with brand goals, optimizing visibility and engagement.
- Partner with commercial teams on product launches, promotions, and retail exclusives.
- Support consumer communication, activations, events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, conduct post-campaign reviews, and present actionable learnings.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior to inform local strategy.
- Prepare presentations summarizing marketing results, activities, and future plans for internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in consumer or brand marketing, ideally in Toy, Fashion, Consumer Products, or other fast-paced industries.
- Passion for Toys, Collectibles, and relevant products preferred.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, pop culture, and the retail landscape in LATAM region(s).
- Advanced knowledge of marketing techniques, including social media, digital, and influencer marketing.
- Experience in Project Management, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Local Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to create actionable plans and present insights to cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, G Suite; Figma experience a plus.
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to work effectively across teams, departments, and third parties.
- Willingness to work across time zones and travel as required.
- Excited to contribute to a fun, dynamic, and winning culture; role based in Mexico office.
- Languages: Spanish and English required; Portuguese a strong plus.
