In this role, you will be responsible for the enhancement of our Engineering Team's capabilities in delivering high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our software quality assurance lifecycle, collaborating with development teams to establish test strategies, and developing automated tests to ensure our releases meet the highest standards
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and designing new testing systems and innovating, improving and maintaining on existing testing systems.
- Researching new technologies, analysing impact and making choices towards increasing development and production quality.
- Integrating tests into the CI/CD pipeline, they ensure that software releases are reliable and of high quality
- Enhancing and maintaining automated Continuous Integration (CI) flows
- Establishing and coordinating test strategies with development/product teams
- Providing expertise and insight to improve in the quality engineering test planning and testing methodology for a software project.
- Finding places within the team’s software development process where automation could be executed
- Coding automated test runners for integration-, system-, acceptance- and regression testing, etc.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an Engineering Degree from an accredited university.
- Have a drive to constantly discover new improvement opportunities
- Be knowledgeable in testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG
- Be proficient in test automation frameworks such as linear automation, data-driven module-based testing
- Have experience with Selenium, Appium, or Cypress & API Testing Tools using (Postman, Rest Assured)
- Have proven experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes (CIP)
- Be fluent in coding languages like JavaScript and Python where necessary, from C, C++, C# etc. based environments and frameworks
- Have some experience in test automation and ability to write code for the purposes of testing solution.
- Have experience working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
