Senior Test Analyst 

Experience working in the financial sector, preferably in the Wealth Management domain, will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and write SQL for stored procedures and complex database needs.
• Develop advanced and detailed test reports, analyse risks based on test reporting, and create mitigation plans.
• Manage and oversee the entire test process including defining, planning, and managing test activities.
• Ensure the testability of software by analysing design and test requirements.
• Represent the testing team in Agile ceremonies, actively participating and demonstrating end-of-sprint test results.
• Guide test management configurations and define test data management processes.
• Participation and contribution to the Inspired Testing Community of Practice.
• Continuous improvement and contribution to Inspired standards.
• Knowledge of various SLDCs (Waterfall, Agile, SaFE, SCRUM, etc) and their impact on respective STLC”

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Advanced SQL knowledge, capable of handling complex queries and optimising stored procedures.
• Strong capability in test analysis, test design, and ensuring the traceability of requirements.
• Expertise in creating advanced test reports and dashboards, including interpreting and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology, BDD, TDD, and shift-left concepts.
• Proficiency with API and SQL query tools, such as Postman, SoapUI, and mainstream database tools.
