Job Description
Ameriprise Bank FSB seeks a Senior Technical Writer, in Minneapolis, MNResponsibilities
To create and update policies, procedures, and reference documents for Bank processes. Create job aids and draft letters/forms used for Bank products. Maintain appropriate styles to meet documentation guidelines. Manage scheduled updates for procedure documentation, coordinate process changes through change control, and submit changes to the knowledge management system. Provide indirect coaching and review of documentation across the Bank. Weekly on-site presence of four days per week with flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in the following areas within the financial industry: analyzing and organizing business processes; process and workflow capture techniques; mapping and documentation; utilize workflow tools such as Microsoft Visio; experience with software development concepts and process improvement and quality management principles such as Lean and Six Sigma. Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary range for this role is $69,701 - $96,100/yearly. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
