- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for WiFi-related products.
- Ensure compliance with testing guidelines and standards set by WiFi Alliance System.
- Analyze and interpret test results, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WiFi technologies into overall network solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest IEEE 802.11 standards and network protocols, ensuring our products remain cutting-edge.

You have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in WiFi/WFA product testing is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of testing guidelines for WiFi Alliance System.
- Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) and related network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Hands-on experience with testing/traffic simulation tools, preferably Spirent.
- Exposure to test automation and automation development in Python & Shell.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with automation frameworks like Robot, Selenium is preferred.
- Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
- Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP, with basic knowledge of L2/L3 routing.
Experience with GPON technologies is an added advantage.
