We are looking for a Senior SOC Analyst who will join our Security Operations Center.

Role Overview:

As a SOC Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents to ensure our clients' digital environments are secure and resilient.

Job Description

• Ensure the continuous monitoring and review of security event sources for alerts and incidents.
• Use SOC security analytic tools, technologies and services (SIEM, SOAR, EDR etc).
• Perform investigations of security incidents,
• Perform threat Intelligence and threat hunting, to search for new, emerged and wildly exploited threats.
• Develop automation of our detection capabilities.
• Manage and maintain security event monitoring use cases, including ruleset configuration for the deployed toolset.
• Report and participate in process development
• Actively proposing changes or improvements of products/services and.

Requirements

We expect you to have some years of working experience in cybersecurity, as a security analyst or incident responder.

A Swedish citizenship as we have some Swedish security elevated customers

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written

Qualifications

We do also expect you to have previous experience within some of the following areas:

• Networking technologies (Firewalls, Next-Gen Firewalls, Switches, Routers)
• Endpoint protection (Antivirus / EDR)
• Cloud security knowledge
• Intrusion detection and prevention systems (IPS/IDS sensors)
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM platforms)
• Vulnerability scanning
• Penetration testing / Ethical hacking
• Scripting languages

We consider it meritorious if you have any cybersecurity or it operations related certificates
