We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, data science, and machine learning/AI, and to partner with hiring managers to design structured, streamlined interview processes that allow us to efficiently identify and sign top-tier talent.

ResponsibilitiesOwning Full Cycle Recruiting: For Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML, including significant market mapping and proactive outbound sourcing.
Partnering with Hiring Managers: from intake meetings to qualifications, feedback and scorecard templates, to offer negotiations and closing.
ATS and Continuous Improvement: Manage our ATS (Ashby) end-to-end, including stage design, automation, sequencing, email templates, tags, and reporting, as well as interview scheduling. Publish recruiting analytics to guide funnel health and process improvements.
Candidate Experience: Champion the candidate experience, including clear communication and logistics, and ensuring fair, consistent evaluation.
6+ years technical recruiting in engineering, ML/AI, and data individual contributor and manager roles; proven success filling roles from entry-level to staff experience, including 3+ years at a VC-backed, early stage startup.
Strong knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby preferred), including automation, reporting, pipeline hygiene, and outreach sequencing.
Hands-on use of AI tools for sourcing, candidate review, and communication, with judgment about where AI and automation are most cost effective.
Previous experience creating structured interview processes, scorecards, and rubrics, and to run interviewer training and calibration.
Track record of inclusive recruiting practices and building diverse talent pipelines.
Experience recruiting in health tech or other regulated domains.
Proven hiring for AI/ML specializations (MLOps/model development, deployment, validation).

Bayesian Health offers an adaptive AI/ML platform that forecasts declining trajectories within a hospital/health system’s patient population. The research-backed platform is designed to empower providers with the ability to identify and intervene with next-best actions in a timely way. This is accomplished by sending accurate and actionable clinical signals for a wide range of critical condition areas within the EMR and existing workflows. As a result, physicians and care team members are able to catch life-threatening complications much earlier, leading to better patient outcomes and reductions in healthcare costs.
