Position Overview:
We at ShyftLabs, are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across various domains. Your deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends will be essential in evaluating and attracting high-caliber candidates in the competitive tech landscape.

Key Responsiblities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team need.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Leverage various platforms, networks, and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through our hiring process.
- Monitor market trends closely and frame quarterly approach.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth tech startup.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as SDE, DevOps, Data Scientists & more.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever or Workday.
- Knowledge of technical concepts, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL), and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background or hands-on experience in IT or software development is a plus.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Experience hiring for niche roles in areas like machine learning, cybersecurity, or apache druid.
