  • You will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the company 
  • You will partner primarily with our product & design organizations
  • You will design and own hiring strategies to engage with high caliber talent, both active and passive
  • You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly
  • You will ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end
  • You will ensure a high level of data integrity and regularly partner with HM’s to share data insights on how we can improve
  • You’ll proactively drive recruiting process improvements that help us operate most efficiently and with candidates’ best interests in mind


  • You have at least 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience in a consumer tech environment 
  • You believe in talent density – that each and every hire you bring in makes a company stronger and upleveled
  • You treat every candidate with a white-glove experience because they’re an MVP 
  • You can source passive top talent no matter how hard the market
  • You love recruiting candidates in terms of quality over quantity 


  • You have experience working in a high-growth environment
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have a BS/BA degree
