What You’ll DoAs a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our engineering and product teams, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent. You’ll:
✅ Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including Software Engineers and Product Managers.
✅ Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with company objectives.
✅ Develop structured hiring processes, from panel interviews to customized assessments that align with CSS job profiles.
✅ Implement creative talent strategies to build strong pipelines and fill hiring gaps efficiently.
✅ Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruiting tactics and enhance hiring success.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
🔹 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably hiring Software Engineers and Product Managers.

🔹 A skilled negotiator with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
