Stronghold is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) who will play a vital role in attracting top technical talent to drive our investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting for technical roles, a strong understanding of the tech landscape, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers alike. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for technical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles for each role.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future technical openings.
  • Foster relationships with external recruiting agencies and talent acquisition partners to broaden sourcing capabilities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting, as well as emerging technologies relevant to our investment strategy.
  • Promote Stronghold’s employer brand through engagement at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the investment management or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to successfully recruit for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and competencies, enabling effective candidate assessment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems such as Greenhouse and HR tools, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
