The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives from planning through execution. This role partners closely with engineering, product, IT, and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, create timelines, manage resources, and ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, coordination, execution, and delivery.
    • Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business goals into clear project plans and technical requirements.
    • Coordinate project resources and workflows to keep teams aligned and accountable to agreed timelines.
    • Track project progress, highlight risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
    • Ensure project documentation is clear, current, and accessible to all relevant teams.
    • Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and operations.
    • Support process improvements across project management, documentation, release workflows, and communication practices.
    • Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements
    • 5+ years of technical project management experience in a software, health tech, SaaS, or related environment.
    • Strong understanding of software development processes and project lifecycle.
    • Experience working in fast paced environments

Nice to Have:

    • Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, or enterprise SaaS).
    • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
    • Prior exposure to data privacy or information security considerations as part of project delivery.
