As a Senior Technical Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects that support the hyper-growth of our businesses across multiple markets. You will collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end technical projects from initiation to delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Coordinate closely with engineering, product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and actionable plans
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Manage cross-team dependencies and remove project blockers
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Monitor system integrations, releases, and technical dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery workflows
- Ensure quality standards, documentation, and best practices are followed
- Support teams in improving productivity, collaboration, and delivery efficiency
Job Requirements
The Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management or similar role in a tech environment
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
- Basic understanding of system architecture, APIs, and technical workflows
The Nice-to-haves:
- Experience managing web or mobile product development projects
- Technical background or prior hands-on experience working with engineering teams
- Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Experience working in fast-paced product or startup environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clear, professional English
