Primary Responsibilities:
- Person will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects (clinical and non-clinical) running for the client's initiatives
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
- Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
- Proven solid team-oriented skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven excellent communication skills, including prior experience working with onshore clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proven solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
