Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on engineering mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment! As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross-team, cross-repository initiatives that strengthen Fever's technical foundation.
This is not a coordination-only role. We are looking for someone who can operate close to the technical decision-making: understanding trade-offs, identifying risks, managing partners, challenging assumptions, and proactively proposing solutions when projects become ambiguous or blocked.
In this individual-contributor leadership role, you will act as the connective tissue between our strategic vision and cross-squad engineering execution. Staff Engineers and engineering leaders may define the broader architecture, but you will be expected to own the day-to-day execution decisions needed to turn that direction into delivered outcomes.
What success looks likeYou are trusted by Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to drive execution without depending on them for every day-to-day decision, while engineering teams see you as someone who brings technical clarity, removes blockers, and helps them make better decisions faster. Complex initiatives move forward with clear ownership, fewer bottlenecks, and stronger alignment across teams, while leadership has visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs without needing to chase for updates. Overall, you help Fever execute foundational technical improvements faster, with stronger judgment and less coordination overhead.
What You Will Do- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-impact technical programmes that span multiple engineering teams: including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, reliability upgrades, and system migrations.
- Partner with Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to convert technical strategy and architecture decisions into clear milestones and execution cadences, while independently managing trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and day-to-day delivery decisions.
- Drive execution without acting as a pass-through layer: ask the right technical questions, challenge plans where needed, and proactively propose practical solutions to unblock progress.
- Lead the technical execution of M&A integrations, managing system consolidations and tech-stack alignment when bringing acquired companies into the Fever ecosystem.
- Create alignment across Engineering, Product, Security, and external partners by introducing lightweight, scalable planning and communication mechanisms rather than heavy process overhead.
- Build the dashboards and reporting needed for leadership visibility, engineering accountability, and better programme decisions.
- Significant and relevant experience in engineering leadership, technical leadership or hands-on technical delivery, with 7+ years preferred in software engineering, platform, infrastructure, or complex technical environments.
- Strong technical fluency across SDLC, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, release processes, and architecture trade-offs, with the ability to turn complex technical direction into practical execution plans.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams, with the judgment to make day-to-day execution decisions while knowing when to validate or escalate.
- High comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing without formal authority, paired with excellent communication skills to work confidently with engineers, Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, partners, and executive leaders.
- Strong judgement, bias for action, and a service mindset: the role exists to make technical teams more effective, unblock execution, and improve decision-making, not to create bureaucracy.
- A background as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, or hands-on engineering leader is highly valued.
- Proven experience driving post-merger technical integrations, assessing acquired technologies, managing data or system migrations, and blending distinct engineering practices.
- Experience in the live entertainment, ticketing, or high-volume e-commerce industries, particularly with systems designed to handle high-concurrency, bursty traffic like major ticket drops.
- Experience working in distributed, multi-time-zone organisations with exposure to reliability engineering, privacy/data-residency, or cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
- Stock options.
- Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
- Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.
- Home office friendly
- English Lessons
- Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.
