Description

At MIND, we're building the future of intelligent data protection. We help organizations protect their most sensitive information in the AI era- automatically. As the first data security platform that puts data loss prevention and insider risk management on autopilot, we're making protection smarter, simpler and more precise.

We're growing quickly, backed by industry leaders and trusted by innovative companies to secure data across SaaS apps, Gen AI tools and hybrid endpoints.

We solve complex problems with simplicity and creativity. Our team is made up of passionate builders who care deeply, think critically and want to make a meaningful impact. If you’re ready to mind what matters with us, we’d love to meet you.

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to be the face of go-to-market in our Tel Aviv office. Most of our product is built here and most of our buyers are in the US, and you’ll connect the two: turning what our engineers ship into launches, messaging and proof that a CISO understands and cares about.

Responsibility

What will you do?

  • Plan and run product launches from first spec to first sales call, with major customers lined up for each major release, and keep the launch cadence and roadmap story clear inside MIND and out.
  • Translate what a feature does into what it means for a security team, grounded in MIND's brand messaging.
  • Talk to customers, prospects, analysts and the field to understand what the market actually needs, and bring that back to R&D.
  • Keep the facts about MIND accurate and easy to read for the AI tools and agents buyers now use to research and compare vendors, from capability pages to security questionnaire answers.
  • Shape how we position MIND for security teams that run AI agents alongside people, including what those agents need from a data security platform.
  • Be a key source of product insight for our competitive intelligence program, and help sales handle competitors in technical deals.
  • Build the demos, talk tracks and training that help sales explain the product with confidence, and keep our on-demand demos and Storylane interactive tours current, including the self-serve path from a first look to a hands-on POV.
  • Give the content team the technical depth behind each story and check technical pieces for accuracy, and prepare product briefings for analysts.
  • Build the technical labs for our DLP education and certification program, and keep product and go-to-market aligned on what's shipping, when and why it matters.

Requirements

What should you bring to the table?

  • 6+ years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B security or infrastructure company.
  • Technical depth: you can sit with an engineer, understand how a feature works and explain why it matters to a buyer, and you can hold your own with a CISO on their program and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the North American market: you understand how NA enterprises buy security, have worked with NA sales teams or customers, and write launch copy that reads like it was written for an American buyer.
  • A point of view on AI: you have opinions on how AI is changing security and the way people work, you can defend them, and you use AI tools daily for research and competitive analysis.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Ownership: you take on work across several teams without waiting to be asked.

Bonus points

  • Experience in DLP, DSPM, insider risk or data security.
  • A background in product, engineering or sales engineering before marketing.
  • Hands-on experience building interactive demos in Storylane or a similar tool.
  • Experience briefing analysts at firms such as Gartner or Forrester.
  • Fluent Hebrew, written and spoken.

Our goal is to help our customers achieve Stress-Free DLP. The platform leverages MIND AI, our multi-layer classification engine, to analyze billions of data events in real-time, deliver context-aware risk assessments, enable automated remediation actions and block data loss on endpoints.
