You will work within Nike’s Sourcing, Supply & Manufacturing technology organization, partnering with product, engineering, and business operations teams across Costing , Sourcing & Manufacturing domains. You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enable critical capabilities across the Product Supply chain & Planning value chain.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORNike is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with strong domain knowledge in supply chain, manufacturing, and data platforms. Someone with strong execution capability and technical acumen to deliver high-impact supply chain and data platform solutions. These individual supports product strategy, will work on complex product areas, stakeholder alignment, and leads feature and capability delivery aligned to business priorities to deliver high quality applications, reporting & analytics to support Nike’s Costing & Manufacturing business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. They are comfortable navigating dependencies and driving execution while contributing to product maturity and continuous improvement.
6–10 years of experience delivering small to mid-scale products in cross-functional environments
Product champion with strong interpersonal & influencing skills to engage with business stakeholders across various Geographies
4+ years of experience working with Enterprise platforms, APIs, Databricks, Tableau
Strong collaboration with engineering teams on technical delivery and dependencies
Experience in Materials & Finished Good Costing, Material & Finished Good Sourcing or Manufacturing domains is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering/Technology preferred)
You will drive execution of product capabilities across supply chain platforms, enabling reliable and efficient operations across sourcing and manufacturing systems.
Support product strategy and translate business needs into prioritized plans
Co-Own delivery of product features with Engineering team aligned to roadmap and business priorities
Lead squad execution across product lifecycle phases, focused on delivering measurable outcomes
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery through design, development, and release cycles
Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across teams
Track product performance, analyse data to inform prioritization, performance improvements, and product decisions
