Responsibilities
- Own the full design of enemy AI, from first idea to final version in the game.
- Create a complete and balanced enemy ecosystem where all enemies work well together.
- Work with programmers to ensure your designs perform well and are technically possible.
- Define needs for tools, systems, and workflows to support fast prototyping of new enemy ideas.
- Build enemy AI that reacts well when multiple players interact with an enemy at the same time.
- Test, balance, and polish all enemies to reach high gameplay and quality standards.
- Give and ask for feedback to help improve design work, tools, and pipelines.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Game Design or Technical Design with strong implementation work.
- Good understanding of visual scripting and/or programming languages.
- Experience designing AI and working with Behavior Trees.
- Strong communication skills in English and good teamwork skills.
- A mindset of learning, openness, and clear communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
What you can expect from us
We believe in the value of in-person collaboration while also supporting flexibility. Our hybrid working model includes three days per week in the office and the option to work remotely up to two days per week, unless role-specific requirements or business needs require you to be on site.
