Key responsibilities:
Manage a team of Bioprocess Engineers
Responsible for all process procedures, MES recipes oversight and release, ensuring compliance with the related Bioconjugates SOPs
Responsible for all documentation related to process stream
Main point of contact for project team (including MES, MSAT, QC, QA), customer and process related questions during audits / inspections
Perform Deviation- and change management
Ensure that operational activities for manufacturing are performed in a timely manner and within given safety and quality standards.
Key requirements:
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related Life Science subject, or Bachelor’s holder with experience in pharma production
Solid work experience in Downstream Processing or BioConjugates Manufacturing in the biotech/biopharma industry
In-depth knowledge of downstream processing techniques
Very good GMP understanding
Excellent communication skills in English
Emphasize collaboration and teamwork with an open and dedicated approach
