We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years experience in tax advisory or corporate tax function;
- Proves strong knowledge of tax compliance, reporting standards and accounting;
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills;
- Proves hands on approach with high organizational skills;
- Has excellent communication skills with an advanced English level;
- Has a degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or related field, with a CPA or equivalent as a plus;
Bonus points if you:
- Have knowledge of accounting standards, especially regarding IFRS and preparation of financial statements;
- Have experience working with ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics)
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure full compliance with local and international tax law and regulations;
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns, VAT filings and other tax-related reports;
- Oversee tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance;
- Manager relationships with tax authorities and external tax advisors;
- Lead and support internal and external tax audits;
- Monitor changes in tax legislations and assess their impact on the business;
- Provide guidance on transfer pricing, international tax matters;
- Collaborate with accounting and commercial teams;
- Develop and implement internal tax policies and controls;
- Support local Chief Accountant in daily workload and involve in process improvement projects to enhance organizational efficiency;
