Compensation - Base salary starting at $85,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
Our client is a boutique public accounting firm. With a team under 50 CPAs and staff, everyone has a voice and is recognized for their contributions. For over a decade, this firm has been a loyal and trusted resource of accounting advice for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients in planning and preparation of tax documents while providing personalized and quality service that is beyond comparison.
- Oversee and mentor staff accountants at the firm.
Qualifications
- CPA, CPA Candidate, or EA with 6 – 10 years of current Public accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Strong experience with preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns a must.
- Ability to identify client tax implications and possibilities.
- Trust and Estate accounting & tax return experience a plus.
- Highly proficient with QuickBooks and/or other similar bookkeeping software packages.
- Prosystem FX tax, fixed assets; research or other similar tax preparation and research software packages.
- Must have ProSystem or Axcess experience
Compensation
- Base salary starting at $85,000 - $90,000 plus OT pay
- 10% commission for bringing in new clients or clients from their book of business.
