What You’ll Do

You will prepare and review a broad range of individual and business tax returns while supporting tax planning and compliance efforts. You will work closely with clients and internal team members to deliver accurate, proactive, and highquality tax services. This role is well suited for a detailoriented professional with strong technical skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to excellence in client service.

  • Prepare, review, and analyze federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
  • Perform technical tax research and assist with the development of tax planning strategies and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve issues, and provide clear, practical tax guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of client engagements
  • Stay current on changes in tax laws and contribute to process improvements and bestpractice initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Active CPA license required, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required
  • Minimum of three years of public accounting or equivalent tax experience
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state tax laws, forms, and filing requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to highquality client service

  • Base salary of $75,000-$80,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
