Some of the things you'll be doing
- Lead learning initiatives specific to the Business Unit/Shared Services across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements, regulations, and statutory learning obligations.
- Facilitate and program manage learning initiatives as appropriate.
- Provide support for other talent initiatives such as Colleague Experience, Talent Management, Culture, Diversity & Belonging, Change Management, CSC Gives back, Sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement learning solutions
- Partner with HR business partners to assess learning needs for the Business Unit/Shared Services, design, develop and execute learning plans accordingly.
- Utilize tools, processes, data, analytics, and dashboards to support, report on, and inform Learning and Development practices and programs.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for all learning, development, and capability-building initiatives.
- Collaborate and engage closely with the Business Unit/Shared Services stakeholders to implement learning solutions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects within global L&D - programs design, content curation, instructional design, and vendor partner management as required.
- Identify innovative, engaging, and cost-effective methods to learn and develop talent effectively.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Proven experience in the learning and development or Talent business partnership space.
- Passionate about helping people learn and grow.
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen and ability to build winning partnerships with senior leaders, HR business partners, HR services, internal trainers, and external vendors.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in program management, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple programs in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to everyday tasks and team-oriented person.
- A desire to work with different cultures.
