The Role

As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.

We are seeking a proactive and strategic experienced Talent Manager to join our People & Culture team, working closely with our product and technology organization within Superbet. In this dual reporting line role, you will work closely with both the central Center of Excellence (COE) and the functional HR team to drive talent development initiatives that support our business goals. You will be responsible for creating and implementing talent management strategies, enabling employee growth, and fostering a culture of impactful learning and innovation. You will work alongside Product & Tech People Partners to tailor specialised strategies to the unique needs of the product and technology teams.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Talent Strategy: Partner with HR and senior leaders to develop and execute talent management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Alignment with Central Talent Management Strategy: Ensure all talent initiatives are in sync with the overarching goals and frameworks established by the central Talent Management team.
  • Employee Growth and Mobility: Act as a trusted advisor to HR, employees and managers, supporting career progression and growth opportunities, including promotion processes.
  • Function-specific Learning and Development Programs: Design and implement functional training programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Establish and manage function-specific mentorship and coaching programs to support employee development.
  • Performance Management: Partner with central COE team and HR on driving the twice-annual performance review cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Talent Reviewing: Support HR and leaders in conducting talent reviews to identify high-potential employees.
  • Leadership Succession Development: Support HR and leaders in developing and maintaining succession plans to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Data Analysis: Use talent metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing initiatives that support equity and belonging.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent development or management, preferably in a tech or product-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with talent management software and learning management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Certification in talent development and assessments (e.g., Hogans, CPTD, ATD, AIHR, etc).
  • Experience in a global or multinational and matrixed organization.
