We are scaling fast and are now looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Manager to strengthen our influencer partnerships and drive growth in the Philippines.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Talent Manager to lead our talent management and influencer operations in the Philippines.

This role requires a strong understanding of gaming and creator ecosystems, with proven experience in managing influencer rosters, structuring commercial deals, and building long-term partnerships.The ideal candidate is a trusted partner for creators — passionate about helping them grow, while also ensuring that Ampverse delivers world-class influencer campaigns for brand and game publisher clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales and client solutions teams, while also working closely with social and streaming platforms to optimize creator performance and accelerate campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Management
    • Identify and onboard top gaming and lifestyle creators for the PH roster.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with talent through trust, mentorship, and career development.
    • Negotiate and structure partnership deals (e.g., MG, revenue share, exclusivity terms) where applicable.
  • Talent Growth & Development
    • Support creators in expanding their presence across social and streaming platforms.
    • Advise and mentor talent on personal branding, content strategy, and business opportunities.
    • Develop and improve compensation models, benefits, and support services for talent.
  • Campaign Execution & Client Support
    • Lead execution of influencer campaigns sold by the sales team, ensuring high-quality delivery.
    • Align creators’ work with client objectives while maintaining authenticity for the talent.
    • Act as the primary bridge between creators, brand clients, and internal teams.
  • Operational Excellence & Partnerships
    • Optimize workflows between sales, client solutions, and content teams for seamless execution.
    • Build strong relationships with streaming and social media platforms to accelerate growth.
    • Generate performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment/media management.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role, with proven experience managing rosters or client portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills with experience in structuring influencer deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture vision and day-to-day execution.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with talent and stakeholders.
  • Passion for gaming and creator culture.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent work ethic and high energy.
  • Analytical and logical thinking with experience in reporting and presenting to leadership.
