The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple geographies and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This role requires experience in international recruitment, proactive sourcing, recruitment analytics, and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.


RequirementsTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer negotiation and acceptance processes.
Candidate Sourcing
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Build passive candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Execute sourcing campaigns for technical, operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers.
  • Provide recruitment market intelligence and hiring insights.
  • Deliver regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.
Recruitment Operations
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
International Recruitment
  • Support recruitment activities across Nigeria, Germany, the UK, and the USA.
  • Coordinate hiring activities across multiple time zones.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies and contract recruiters when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain Time-to-Fill of 25–30 days or less.
  • Achieve Offer Acceptance Rate of 85% or higher.
  • Maintain Candidate Satisfaction Score of 85% or higher.
  • Maintain Hiring Manager Satisfaction Score of 90% or higher.
  • Ensure 100% ATS data accuracy and compliance.
  • Build qualified candidate pipelines for all approved vacancies.
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
  • CIPM
  • CIPD
  • SHRM
  • HRCI
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Certification
Required Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international or remote teams is highly desirable.
