  • Mobile Apps – Entertainment apps like Drinking Games, Couple Games, and Truth or Dare
  • Media & Affiliate – high-value content sites & YouTube channel in the iGaming and finance space.

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work closely with our HR, helping hire top-tier talent across our organization and raising the bar on quality of hire with every recruitment.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a recruiter who thinks like a Hiring Manager’s partner, understands the strategic impact of hiring and knows how to move fast while maintaining quality. You combine data, intuition and strong communication to deliver results and influence decisions.

You’re curious and proactive - diving deep into markets, roles and candidates, turning insights into smarter sourcing strategies. You thrive on collaboration, feedback and continuous improvement.

You bring professionalism and integrity to every interaction, protecting the candidate experience and supporting hiring managers in making structured, fair decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment

  • Support end-to-end hiring across departments - tech, media, creative and operations.
  • Source, engage and nurture top talent globally through proactive headhunting and creative sourcing.
  • Maintain ATS pipelines (BambooHR) with clean data and strong candidate visibility.
  • Partner with the hiring to design hiring strategies for each role and market.

Business partnership

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and competition analysis.

Candidate experience

  • Ensure every interaction reflects GTM’s values.
  • Communicate transparently and promptly with candidates.
  • Represent GTM’s culture in every conversation.

Process improvement

  • Suggest optimizations to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
  • Track key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire).
  • Document best practices to support scaling the TA function.

Must-Have

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-growing digital, tech or iGaming companies.
  • Proven success hiring across media, marketing, creative, tech or iGaming functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience global recruiting for remote-first companies, assuring cultural and communication fit.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with BambooHR ATS or similar systems.
  • Understanding of talent analytics and recruitment metrics.
