We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a role for someone who wants to hire end-to-end for the most complex, business-critical positions we open — Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and C-level, and to run it autonomously, from kickoff to a signed offer. You'll join a global IT product company with millions of users across Tier-1 and emerging markets, where recruiting is treated as a strategic function rather than a pipeline to fill: your read on the market shapes the profile, your data shapes the strategy, and your judgment carries real weight in the final call. You'll work side by side with a Head of TA who listens and has your back, in a bureaucracy-free environment with real room for initiative, and with modern AI tools that take the busywork off your plate so you can focus on people and on the hiring teams who count on you as a trusted advisor.
In this role, you will
Own and moderate the entire hiring process — keep it moving from vacancy launch to the candidate's start date, sync all participants, track agreements, timelines, and next steps, flag risks early, and never let a process stall
Partner with hiring managers to shape and calibrate role profiles, define must-have requirements, priorities, and realistic expectations aligned with the market
Run autonomous full-cycle recruiting for complex, business-critical roles across Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and C-level — from intake to offer and the candidate's first day
Conduct deep HR interviews, assessing motivation, relevance of experience, seniority, business mindset, leadership competencies, and fit with a specific business context
Build and adapt hiring strategy based on search results and market conditions — analyze the talent pool, competitive landscape, compensation, and availability of the required profile, and make a well-argued case for changes in approach
Work closely with sourcers: set the search direction, calibrate the profile and talent pool, give timely feedback, and adjust the sourcing strategy as work progresses
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process: transparent communication, timely feedback, a strong presentation of the product, team, and role, and professional handling at the offer stage
It's all about you
4+ years in recruiting, including at least one product IT company (local or international)
A track record of closing Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and/or C-level roles
Strong experience in fully autonomous full-cycle recruiting (without a manager and without a sourcer) from kickoff, candidate profiling, and hiring strategy to offer and the candidate's start
Out-of-the-box candidate search methods and non-standard channels
A data-driven approach to recruiting: the ability to analyze the hiring funnel, pinpoint bottlenecks, and build and adjust hiring strategy based on data — from channel choice and sourcing approach to candidate assessment and closing the role
The ability to moderate the hiring process: sync hiring managers and other participants and manage agreements, timelines, feedback, and risks end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills: working with the hiring manager as a partner, calibrating requirements with solid arguments, advising on the market, and influencing hiring decisions
Strong sourcing and research skills: finding complex profiles independently, working across search channels, building talent maps, and assessing candidate availability in the market
An understanding of Product and Marketing roles, the structure of product teams, business models, and how digital products actually work
Strong screening-interview skills and the ability to assess seniority, motivation, business mindset, leadership competencies, and fit with the business context
Experience using recruiting analytics to evaluate funnel efficiency, source quality, and stage-to-stage conversion, and to inform hiring-strategy decisions
Experience with an ATS and the discipline to keep candidate and vacancy data accurate and complete
English — Intermediate or higher
