Job Description

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process 

  • Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent

  • Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance

  • Manage all communication with candidates from application/ approach until offer acceptance 

  • Update applicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration

  • Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
  • Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business

Qualifications

  • Professionally qualified in HR or Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with experience in the construction infrastructure or defence market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.

  • Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
