We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who has the ambition to drive impact and change in the organisation as a new member of our team. You will work alongside a diverse group of TA professionals who deeply care about the candidate experience and strive to be the best at getting better. You will be involved in recruiting for our sites globally (6 countries) which means you will interact with Rovians and candidates from across the globe in various disciplines and seniority. The team hires Product Managers, Game Developers, Performance Marketing Managers, Data Analyst and Scientist - you name it.
You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Managing the full recruitment journey—from sourcing and interviewing to making the final offer.
- Collaborating with hiring teams to sharing effective channel strategies that attract niche, creative, and hard-to-find talent for current and future roles.
- Acting as the supportive, primary contact for all candidates, ensuring they have an empathetic, realistic and welcoming experience with Rovio every step of the way.
- Sharing insightful data and reporting with stakeholders to collaboratively understand progress and align on next steps to achieve our shared hiring plans. Being the driving force behind recalibrating searches and profiles to find the best match for the business needs.
- Supporting and coaching our Hiring Managers by providing guidance and training on best practices in talent acquisition and interviewing.
- Being a dedicated contributor to team-level projects and sharing your specialized domain knowledge (whether in a specific craft, talent market or talent process, e.g. sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent intelligence, diversity, analytics) to help elevate our team's collective capabilities.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have a genuine enthusiasm for learning new things and the commitment to quickly master the hiring needs of any new job discipline.
- You have demonstrated experience in deeply understanding, in-depth sourcing and attracting niche and hard-to-find talent either in the Tech or Games industry. You are used to mapping out the desired talent markets and recalibrating searches.
- You are excellent in building pipelines and nurturing your networks. You are also great at prioritizing and have the commitment and patience for searches that require a long-term focus.
- You connect your decisions to data and have a nurturing curiosity that encourages you to navigate ambiguity, experiment, and constantly look for ways to improve. You're ready to learn and to share your knowledge to help the hiring teams grow.
- Stakeholder management together with collaboration & communication are your core skills, and you are not afraid to advise and challenge your counterparts (e.g. HR/TA team members, hiring managers, candidates).
