What is this role?
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Cirkul, you are responsible for hiring and onboarding talent to meet the resourcing needs of the organization, as well as improving the overall company talent profile through internal and external recruitment, talent analysis, data management, and creative sourcing. You will work closely with a variety of business stakeholders to forecast and plan upcoming talent needs. This role will support all facets of the organization with an emphasis on technical and highly skilled roles throughout headquarters and operations.
What does an average day look like?
- Driving Results:
- Source, screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Develop candidate pipelines and implement creative sourcing strategies.
- Taking Ownership:
- Consult with management on strategic and current staffing needs; help management identify hiring priorities and ensure timely hiring for open positions.
- Create and maintain recruiting reports that show forecasting and recruiting metrics.
- Making Decisions:
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Show a passion for process improvement and work to implement automation, best practices, and other strategies to ensure a best in class recruiting process.
- Cultivating Relationships:
- Partner effectively with peers and cross-functional partners while understanding their unique needs.
- Mentor team members on best practices as well as work as a partner to determine and execute the best recruiting process for each individual role.
- Instilling Trust:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management anticipating business preferences and future openings.
- Customer Focus:
- Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams by proactively problem-solving and providing solutions surrounding interview scheduling and logistics
- Support and manage immigration cases by working closely with candidates, employees, and immigration attorneys to ensure we are securing and retaining top talent.
What background should you have?
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of corporate recruiting filing roles across all departments including information technology, data analytics, and finance.
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates, Greenhouse preferred.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc)
