The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment efforts across corporate functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Partnering closely with business leaders, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner provides market insights, talent intelligence, workforce planning support, and recruitment expertise to influence hiring decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role leverages advanced sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, talent pipelining, and data-driven decision-making to build diverse talent pools and reduce time-to-fill for critical positions.

Success in this role requires strong consultative skills, the ability to manage complex and executive-level searches, and a passion for identifying talent that will help drive business growth and organizational success.

Major Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment:

  • Independently Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior and specialized positions

  • Proactively partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation packages utilizing a variety of tools

  • Manage a Full Req load

  • Achieve and exceed SLAs in Fills, Time to Fill

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates

  • Build robust pipeline of candidates using various tools and networking outreach to meet business hiring goals

  • Partner with the hiring team to build screening questions to thoroughly conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Stakeholder Management: (HM, Candidate)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.

  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and maintain ongoing communication.

  • Set expectations and communicate recruiting timelines and key processes

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on recruitment process and strategies

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Proficiently Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including weekly, monthly and quarterly update/Metrics (Including fills, time-to-fill, req breakdown,

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience

  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

  • 2 years with recruitment focus on senior-level and specialized roles

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex positions

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential recruitment challenges.

  • Understand the business/business groups

  • Ability to effectively convey information to all stakeholders

  • Ability to command an audience at all levels of the organizations

  • Effectively presents information according to the intended audience

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals

  • Build cross functional relationships

  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Skills Required
