Role OverviewThe Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for hiring strategy, workforce planning, delivery outcomes, and candidate experience across Navaide. You will partner closely with executive leaders, partner with external sourcing firms, and continuously evolve how we hire in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, operations, and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy, Workforce Planning and Delivery- Own and lead the full Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to business growth, client demand, and long-term capability needs.
- Serve as the primary recruiter for the organization, leading full-cycle recruitment for all open positions across the company, from intake through offer and close.
- Translate business priorities into workforce and hiring plans, using data to forecast demand, set priorities, and allocate recruiting capacity effectively.
- Shape Navaide’s enterprise talent strategy by aligning external hiring with skills development, internal mobility, and long-term capability needs.
- Define and track success metrics across quality, speed, diversity, and stakeholder experience.
- Maintain deep knowledge of talent market dynamics, including competitive intelligence on compensation trends, emerging skill requirements, and competitor hiring strategies to inform our talent acquisition approach and advising leadership on market positioning.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executives and hiring leaders, influencing hiring decisions through insight, data, and constructive challenges.
- Design and optimize scalable, end to end hiring processes from intake through offer.
- Champion a differentiated, high-touch candidate experience aligned with Navaide’s values and culture.
- Ensure compliance, data integrity and operational excellence across Talent Acquisition systems.
- Use data, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to drive continuous improvement and evolve how Navaide hires.
- 6+ years in Talent Acquisition with expertise in technology, consulting, and/or government contracting.
- Experience in technical sourcing and recruiting for hard to fill, key skillsets.
- Demonstrated success in building, delivering, and executing against talent acquisition strategy in a rapidly growing and evolving organization.
- Strong analytical capability and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of modern sourcing, assessment, and Talent Acquisition technologies and resources.
- Experience building outstanding candidate experiences and strong employer brands.
- Ability to synthesize complex talent data into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a small, growing organization preferred.
- Government contracting experience preferred.
Position is hybrid with 3 days in the Arlington office.
