Key Responsibilities

• Validate the product’s value proposition and ensure clear market positioning.
• Drive traffic through various channels by creating segment-specific entry points — including social seeding, podcasts, influencer collaborations, and organic content.
• Build landing pages using no-code AI tools and run A/B tests to optimize conversions.
• Create tailored content for different target audience segments; evaluate its performance and optimize based on audience feedback and behavior.
• Launch outreach campaigns via email and Instagram; conduct comparative analysis of key metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.).
• Develop and grow a co-selling program in collaboration with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with niche/native influencers to expand content reach and brand visibility.
• Work closely with the product manager to improve user onboarding; gather user feedback and validate product prototypes.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in startups, with a proven track record of growth experiments and results.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge in one core area (e.g., performance marketing, content, or email marketing), with a strong working understanding of the others.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau (or similar dashboard platforms); basic SQL is a plus.
• Toolset: Experience using no-code AI platforms for landing page creation, email automation tools, and ad managers (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn).
• Soft Skills: Startup mindset, proactiveness, ability to generate and test hypotheses, make data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively.
