In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our property management technology stack, with a strong focus on Entrata. You will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, process optimization, and cross-departmental training to ensure our platforms operate at peak efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Entrata Administration
- Serve as a system administrator for the Entrata platform across all managed properties
- Configure and maintain property settings, unit/lease templates, workflows, and user permissions
- Manage integrations between Entrata and third-party platforms (e.g., ILS, screening, payment processors)
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with Entrata support
- Administer and support additional tools in the technology stack, which may include:
- Yardi
- Various Other Systems
Training & Support
- Develop and deliver system training programs for onsite and corporate staff
- Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and quick-reference documentation
- Provide ongoing technical support and serve as a Tier 1 for staff
Required
- 2+ years of experience in property management systems administration
- Hands-on experience with Entrata
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train non-technical users with patience and clarity
- Experience with additional PMS platforms (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio)
- Familiarity with SQL, data querying, or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience supporting multi-site or large-scale residential property portfolios
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
- Entrata certification or formal training credentials
