- Integrate cross-functional parameters across electrical, mechanical, fluids, thermal, and software interfaces to verify end-to-end compatibility and functional integrity
- Lead specialized analyses including safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, survivability, and requirement certification to optimize configurations for mission success
- Govern requirements management and verification tracking using formal tools, risk/opportunity frameworks, and readiness assessments to ensure complete verification closure
- Represent the system test organization directly in the factory, test cell, and post-production environments throughout hardware builds, integrated functional testing, and refurbishment cycles
- Lead dynamic system test operations, translating complex flight and ground environments into actionable test procedures, instrumentation strategies, and acceptance criteria
- Author technical dispositions and engineering deviations for hardware non-conformances, operational limit exceedances, or test anomalies to maintain operational cadence without sacrificing safety or quality
- Lead rapid root-cause analysis (RCA), failure investigation, and multi-system troubleshooting to diagnose complex operational anomalies and flight hardware defects
- Identify, develop, and deploy continuous upgrades to test infrastructure, instrumentation setups, and operational processes to improve test cadence, reliability, and mission throughput
