Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar
- 5+ years leading projects employing Digital/Systems Engineering
- Solid understanding of systems lifecycle processes
- Develop systems deliverables (requirements, CONOPs, APIs, IDD/ICDs, SDDs, test plans/procedures)
- Work closely with software engineers to evolve systems architecture
- Analyze problems, manage complex tasks, adapt to rapidly changing requirements
- Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and implement in a dynamic environment
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer-facing skills
- Current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Experience with GOTS MS&A tools (AFSIM, EWIRDB/TMAP, NGTS, OneSAF)
- Experience with LVC environment and tools
- Experience with COTS MS&A tools (MATLAB, Ansys Minerva, AGI STK, ModelCenter)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, kubectl
- Experience with Java, Python, C++
- Experience with DevSecOps including CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with visualization application software
