Senior Systems Engineer (MS)

Within this framework, we are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (MS).

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Windows Server-based systems, including hardware/software installations, migrations, and upgrades. Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in multi-disciplinary and multi-technology teams for the design, implementation, and integration of solutions (e.g., server, cluster, high availability, domain controller) and services (e.g., system administration, backup, maintenance) based on Microsoft platforms
• Troubleshooting complex issues in clients’ critical infrastructure and production systems
• Coordinating the work of a multi-disciplinary engineering team (2–4 engineers)

• Academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment
• Microsoft Windows Server System Administrator certification (or equivalent experience)
• In-depth, hands-on experience in the implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Servers, including Microsoft Entra and Active Directory
• Experience in capturing requirements and designing systems accordingly
• Strong analytical skills to address complex and challenging problems
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Desired Skills:

• Solid understanding of and familiarity with IP networking
• Technical knowledge of security principles
• Programming or scripting experience
• Hands-on experience with hardware virtualization (e.g., VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with SAN/NAS architectures and storage solutions
• Familiarity with antivirus products and solutions
• Familiarity with archiving and backup solutions
