Job Description:
Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer – Agile/Scrum with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
This role supports Systems Engineering efforts within an Agile software development environment, with responsibilities involving Scrum, end-to-end development environments, system trade analyses, system design alternatives, and technical documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Agile Scrum Master.
- Work within an Agile software development environment.
- Generate technical documentation.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence.
- Be responsible for end-to-end development environments.
- Conduct and/or approve end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize system operations over its life cycle.
- Develop system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience generating technical documentation.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with end-to-end development environments.
- Experience conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize system operations over its life cycle.
- Experience developing system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth.
