As MECCA continues to evolve and strengthen our enterprise technology landscape, we’re excited to invite a Senior System Administrator to join our Core Systems team based at our Support Centre in Richmond, Victoria. This role plays a critical part in supporting and optimising MECCA’s SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment, ensuring system stability, security and performance as we move through implementation, hypercare and beyond.
The Role You Could Play
Reporting to the Core Systems Lead – Application Services, you will be the operational custodian of MECCA’s ERP platform, supporting day-to-day administration and governance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud. In this role, you will:
Administer and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud to ensure system stability, performance and security
Manage user roles, access and security in line with governance and compliance standards
Coordinate system updates, releases and regression testing with SAP and support partners
Monitor system performance, interfaces and scheduled jobs, proactively resolving issues
Provide advanced application support and contribute to continuous system improvement
What You Will Bring
4+ years’ experience in ERP administration or support (SAP or equivalent enterprise platform) in a retail environment
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ECC environments
Experience with user and role administration, system configuration, and environment management
Solid knowledge of change and release management processes
Proficiency in system monitoring tools and basic troubleshooting
Strong documentation and communication skills
