Position Overview
Outsight SHIFT Software stack offers a large panel of features to provide real-time tracking of persons, vehicles or other objects in various environments. The solution is highly flexible and can be deployed in a wide range of infrastructures, from a single unit to very large-scale multi-clusters spread over several servers or Cloud instances.
The position consists of the design, implementation, execution and debug of system integration phase of the Outsight state-of-the-art algorithms and real-time solutions against customers scenarios and environments to allow reaching high performance and reliability levels.
What will be your responsibilities ?
Create and execute comprehensive system integration test plans, including the development of specialized tools and testing environments.
Resolve issues identified during testing in partnership with customer support and software development teams.
Achieve and maintain a high level of test coverage across all solutions.
Support deployment and customer teams both remotely and in-person.
Guide junior engineers in technical integration tasks.
What are the requirements for the role?
Proven ability to dissect and resolve complex software interactions and system issues.
Demonstrated experience in software system analysis, problem-solving, and progress reporting.
Self-driven with a results-focused approach.
Holds an Engineering degree and has at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems.
Familiar with QA processes (test plans, reports) and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Proficient in networking and communication protocols (Ethernet, UDP/TCP/IP).
Skilled in Python, C/C++, GIT, and Linux administration.
Experience with Kubernetes/docker is essential.
Must possess outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
